As principal of Curran Design Studio, Carolina leads all design efforts. Curran Design Studio, known for it's imaginative and thoughtful interior design launched in 2003. The studio's mission has always been to combine the client's vision with a collaborative spirit of creativity.
Carolina always knew she wanted to design. Growing up in New York City, surrounded by inspiration and innovation everywhere a creative person can truly thrive. Graduating from The Fashion Institute of Technology, and working with many award winning firms, Carolina gained global experience in a city that expects excellence. Upon moving to Florida, Carolina continued to expand her experience and bring her talents to Tampa Bay.
Carolina Curran's collaborative and hands-on approach are her exceptional hallmarks. Providing the highest level of service by always staying current with resources and tools. Developing long lasting relationships with her clients comes naturally, it's an added perk. Programming- listening and assisting clients in developing a detailed scope of work.
Concept Creation- creating mood boards and 3d renderings of key areas that lead the design.
Resourcing- guiding in the selection of all the materials, colors and fixtures of the project.
Documentation- providing floor plans, flooring plans, furniture plans, elevations, details and specifications of all areas.
Construction Administration- providing insight and guidance to the client during the construction phase.
Procurement-selecting and acquiring furniture, art and accessories.
